Ok this program does looks like my JAM! It is from Amoila Cesar who is a P90X grad himself and also works as a NBA Conditioning Coach. So if tough is what gets results this should get some amazing results!!
I am thinking I am not currently in shape to excel at this program today and so that is why I am starting out with Morning Meltown 100. The Work will not be out until September / October ish of 2019. So now is a great time to start with another “easier” program like Morning Meltdown get 100 workouts in, establish your healthy workout routines and then ROCK The Work come Fall 2019!
